This guy is just creepy. So creepy in fact that a judge said she wants to hear from a psychologist before deciding whether a San Jose man who awaits sentencing for killing 21 cats should one day register as a sex offender for also having sexually abused them.
Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Sharon A. Chatman indicated she’d like a psychologist who examined Robert Roy Farmer, 25, for his defense team testify.
Chatman then rescheduled the hearing to April 7.
Asked what kind of restrictions Farmer could face when eventually freed from prison as a registered sex offender, Deputy District Attorney Alexandra Ellis said he “would have the same consequences as anyone required to register as a sex offender.”
