Two San Diego County sheriff’s court services deputies executed a citizen they were sent to evict from his apartment near downtown San Diego Friday morning.
The deputies claim the 47-year-old man told the deputies he would shoot them if they came inside.
Rather than deal with an emotionally distressed person, the deputies forced their way into the home and gunned-down the man.
Both deputies fired, striking the man several times. Medics took him to a trauma center, where he died.
Conveniently a replica handgun was found at the scene. So it’s a pretty safe bet that the deputies will face no charges for the extra-Constitutional killing.
Enjoy your Police State.
