San Diego continues to evict the poor

In theory, most landlords could give renters a break if they have an issue that just lasts a month, but HousingWorks says in San Diego County’s tight rental market that means landlord discretion toward tenants can be very picky. The countywide apartment vacancy rate is at 3.7 percent, said real estate tracker CoStar.
