Gun ownership isn’t apparently the only thing millenials are upset about.
According to the Mercury News, Stanford students concerned about smartphone addiction decided to take advantage of their proximity to the world’s largest smartphone company to send it a message.
The students formed a group called “Stanford Students Against Addictive Devices” (SSAAD) and protested outside Apple’s facilities in Cupertino and Palo Alto.
“Especially in social situations we find that like when you’re around the dinner table or when you’re just chilling with your friends,” Sanjay Kannan, told reporters. “People are just always perpetually on their phones and they just won’t participate in the social situation.”
Stanford obviously needs to up their entrance requirements.
