A California law designed to shut down pro-life pregnancy centers has landed in the U.S. Supreme Court.
The law mandates that doctors tell pregnant patients that California will give them money for an abortion.
In short, California doctors and nurses, who are trying to take care of pregnant women, have to stop what they are doing and say, “Hey, how about an abortion instead? California will even pay for it if you don’t have any money.”
That sounds like a real downer for moms-to-be if you ask us.
The law came about in large part because the abortion industry pumps millions of dollars into the campaigns of California legislators and statewide office holders. So defending the law is a no-brainer for the state — politicians are just taking care of their campaign donors.
