Nurses continue to push California’s half-baked #singlepayer health bill

Senate Bill 562, the single-payer health care proposal, was passed by the California state Senate in the summer of 2017, and never heard by the California Assembly.

According to the Orange County Register, it is a recipe for the collapse of health care in California. They are correct. The bill is basically a money grab by a powerful Sacramento based labor union.

Antonio Villaraigosa

The California Nurses Association drafted the bill and now they are attempting to resurrect SB562 by attacking the insurance industry as well as Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon, D-Lakewood, who referred to the proposal as “woefully incomplete” and former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who said SB562 would “take everybody off Medicare.”

Another good reason to support Villaraigosa for governor.

  1. Doesn’t it inspire confidence by the Nurses when they wear RED Socialist Tee’s and demand Socialist medicine? It worked oh so well under ObamaCare. Like O-Care, it’s designed as a giant wealth transfer to their poor illegal alien voting block. The white middle class is the ATM machine.. Please note that the white middle Class ain’t stupid and they are leaving Kaly in droves.
