Brutal racist Sacramento police officers have been caught in the act once again according to Capitol Public Radio.

Deputy Chief Ken Bernard told the Community Police Review Commission that officers no longer have the discretion to turn off their body cameras video or sound.

Duh? The whole point of having body cameras in the first place is to gather evidence.

He said police previously had no directives governing when recordings could be turned off. He called that an oversight.

We call it a cover-up by the brutal, racist Police State.

The interim policy now says officers can’t turn off their microphones unless a superior officer tells them to.

That means that police officers can still cover up their crimes. They just need to ask their boss first.
