Now, oil prices are rising again amid rising geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. The recent spike and volatility in prices could serve as a reminder of the benefits of cheaper alternative energy sources. But even as investment in renewables expands, many experts agree the oil era still has room to run.

    Who writes stuff like this that isn’t true.. Alternative energy is hugely expensive.. So expensive in fact that it must have government subsidies or it collapses. Kaly energy prices are 50% HIGHER than the rest of America.. Ain’t that the opposite of cheap. If the wind isn’t blowing, then no power is being produced. Oil is cheap and it works for now. but until that day in Jerry’s fantasy land.. fairy farts, power America, but until that day, Oil is king !!
